Cancellation due to Illness

If you cannot travel due to illness, and therefore would like to cancel your booking, please check the cancellation terms and conditions of the fare type that you booked. – see Fare Terms details here and ensure you cancel before the departure date if you have a flexible ticket. 


Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or travel credit on non-refundable fares to passengers who cannot travel due to illness.


We recommend passengers book Flexible tickets or have travel insurance to protect themselves in the event of illness.
