For bookings made directly with Irish Ferries:
Should you need to change or cancel your booking, you can do so by clicking My Account to log into your booking on our website. The fare type you have chosen and the timing of amendment or cancellation, will determine the charges to be applied and/or refund where applicable.
The return leg of a booking cannot be changed or cancelled online once you have checked in for your outbound journey. In that instance, please contact our reservations team to cancel your booking:
- by phone: call the relevant number from our Contact Us web page.
- by email: email bookings@irishferries.com with your booking reference and details of cancellation requested.
For bookings made via a travel agent, tour operator, or a third party web site:
Irish Ferries cannot amend or change a booking made via a travel agent, tour operator, or a third party booking web site other than www.irishferries.com. You should contact the agent directly to make the required change or cancellation.
